Purpose
of the Post
|
As the CEO,
you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the
services and play a crucial role in the effective management of
Ard Aoibhinn Services.
As CEO you
will translate key strategic directives into operational plans
and you will be accountable for and oversee day-to-day
operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service
|

Candidates Should
|
· Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working
as Social Care Worker in an area providing services for
people with an intellectual disability.
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams in
delivering person-centred, individualised care plans,
ensuring dignity, respect, and tailored support for each
individual.
· Experience working within residential services
is desirable.
· Experience working in a management role would
be advantageous.
· Must be Registered as a Social Care Worker
with CORU.
· Trained and experienced in the Safe
Administration of Medication.
· Excellent working knowledge of HIQA and other
relevant bodies.
· Be enthusiastic, flexible and committed.
· Have strong interpersonal, communication and
organisational skills.
· Have a multi-disciplinary team approach to
service delivery.
· Have a B Full Licence for at least 2 years
· D1 licence desirable
· Knowledge and experience of working with
people presenting with challenging behaviour would be an
advantage.
